Summary

ROLE MISSION

The Retail Operations Intern will have the opportunity to learn about the luxury market through direct contact with all areas of the company, external suppliers and the headquarter in Italy and USA.

The daily routine will consist of dynamic work, in order to guarantee an excellent service for both our clients and the stores, understanding that the main objective is customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Verification of negatives
Consignment: monitoring and sales performance.
Daily follow up of different store demands.
Store Materials and Supplies Control;
Package Demand Monitoring: orders and supply;
Control of uniforms for store employees;
Tracking product consolidation between stores;
Monitoring organization and inventory processes at the store.
Monitoring Distance Sales Report
RDM Reports (training will be provided)
Online Sales Report
Excel Reports for business support (on demand)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Degree in process graduation in July/2026 or after (mandatory)
Advanced English;
Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm with 1 hour of lunch;
Office package Intermediate Excel (mandatory).
