The role responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for Customer Development internship positions and providing support for the development of interns.

Also responsible for handling other development and training needs within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment and selection process for Commercial/Sales Interns.
Collaborate with universities and student organizations to attract interns.
Intern Development and Retention Program.
Employee development training and onboarding.
Uploading photos in SAP/Updating org charts/Updating SAP structure.
Assist in the development of initiatives related to training and development for the commercial team (Mentoring, Learning Series, STA).
Support in the Talent Review and Career Development process.
Ensure compliance with training requirements for the Customer Development team (mandatory and functional training).

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources night classes with availability until Dec/2025.
Language: Intermediate English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Intermediate in Sheets and Google Slides).

Required Skills:

Proactiveness, effective communication, commitment, organizational skills, and a curiosity to learn processes.
