Job Description:

Support distributors and direct customers, considering:

Registration os Service Contract Order
Coordinate the dispatch of field service engineers to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our customers
Support to solve issues;
Registration of interactions through the Oracle Platform;
Critical analysis and registration of contract orders;
Comercial Support to Customers and Distributors;
Software installed base maintenance;
Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices;
Support Global Projects;
Seek resolution of problems and/or requests involving other areas of Rockwell or even Headquarters quickly and that meets the needs of customers.
