We are seeking for a high-performing professional that leads the development, implementation and continuous evolution of Business-to-Business eCommerce Capability for The Coca-Cola System in LATAM.

This position will develop a comprehensive strategy and crystallize it in tangible projects across bottling groups, channels and customers to capture the available potential growth that B2B eCommerce represents today but more importantly, will represent in the future.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Design and guide the implementation of eB2B Ecosystem Strategy in The Coca-Cola System in Latin American OU in close collaboration with the Customer, Commercial and Franchise Leadership Organization and bottling groups
  • Design and implement tangible business projects that bring to life the Longterm vision. This includes the Ecosystem roadmap strategy implementation of the B2B Platform. Be the ambassador of Latin American OU System needs while maintaining a regional scope to maximize the investment and time.
  • Create and implement the Governance model for B2B platform with a proper balance of established Franchise/Customer Models with continuous challenge of status quo and paradigms that, if broken, may accelerate the growth of digital commercial space for the entire System.
  • Collaborate with the Local, Regional and Global Digital Communities/Forums within TCCC to constantly look for best practices and share the progress of LATAM Business Unit initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of The Coca-Cola Company and Bottler System Properties businesses
  • Proven successful experience influencing large groups or big bottler groups
  • Strong interest or experience in venturing platforms and DAO investments
  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive team with multiple interactions across functions and locations
  • Ability to translate global priorities into local business solutions and partner with respective functions to determine how new venture fits into the Operational Unit growth agenda
  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management, while not being constrained by current business
  • Selfdriven, collaborative, good presenter
  • Strong negotiation and Leadership / Results oriented
  • Capable of influencing other in order to achieve its objectives
  • Customer Centricity Mindset: Design Value proposition based on user pain points
  • Very good with data and champion of how data plays a foundational role in the future of B2B
  • Project Management/ Agile methodology experience
  • Tech and Digital Savvy, both on tools/practices and in business implementation
