    The **Credit Maintenance Intermediate Analyst** operates on an intermediate level and is accountable for capturing and recording data on credit exposures, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems in collaboration with the Operations Services team. The main goal of this role is to coordinate and uphold data quality in credit systems, monitor and report credit exposure, escalate deficiencies, and recommend delinquent strategies in line with overall credit policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain data of relations and facilities in credit system accurately and input data precisely in various auxiliary credit systems
    • Consult with Relationship Manager (RM) to formalize requests for credit facilities or escalate issues to the relevant organizations
    • Detect emerging trends in the limited control process to assess the needs of the line of credit, operations, or system issues
    • Maintain accurate controls and insurance records, ensuring timely follow-ups and insurance renewals for equipment and team's responsibility
    • Prioritize and process the review of incoming credit applications, ensuring accuracy, integrity, compliance with policy, and timely registration
    • Monitor limits versus exposure at the end of the day, flag exceptions detected by policy, and support key portfolios by making professional decisions based on information and results
    • Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in business preferred
    • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
    • Working knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
    • Demonstrated analytical skills
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
    • English fluency required
    • Experience with data analysis, Excel, and SharePoint considered a plus
