Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Define, fulfill and optimize the production goals, quality and costs in the manufacture of cellulose, according to the defined strategies, fulfilling all procedures of the process, prioritizing people's safety, respecting the environment and multiplying the fundamental values ??of the Company ( TOPICC).Manter the stability of production to meet the quantity and quality determined in the annual goal plan through the management of human and material resources.

Ensure that the process indicators and the sectoral targets are met, through technical support, with recommendations to change the variables of the process, contribution to the analysis of extra routine occurrence failures, promoting the formalization of the solutions found.

Plan and accompany Industrial tests.
Promover the development of the team, planning training, maintaining the team focused and prepared for new challenges, through motivational management and due monitoring of performance employing company policies and practices (performance analysis
