Our Sourcing team partner with the business to ensure efficient acquisition of goods and services that enables the commercialization of our medicines, vaccines and Animal Health products.
We collaborate internationally and are grouped into center-led categories and regional operating teams.Main responsibilities:
- The position will support the Sourcing Management Process (SMP) with welldeveloped strategic analysis of suppliers, supply markets for our company intelligence indirect spend categories, with emphasis on the Commercial Indirect categories, as required.
- The position plays a role in the development, guidance and execution of sourcing strategies, category management, contract management, risk management and stakeholder management within this category.
- The categories of activity include but are not limited to fleet, meeting planning, travel, IT, professional /HR/legal/finance/consulting services and logistics.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business fields or Engineering or Science;
- Indirect procurement and business/project management experience within manufacturing environment or company;
- Handson work experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and management, cost analysis, business cases and procurement execution
- Experience working with suppliers and diverse and cross functional team (global experience);
- English proficiency written and spoken;
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous and complex projects requiring frequent communication, task prioritization, time management and problem solving skills.
