DepartmentCross Border eCommerce- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.

The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.

  • Own all process mapping strategies for our Customer Service team;
  • Design and execute projects;
  • Give visibility on project execution to all key stakeholders and guarantee excellent levels of execution;
  • Understand critical issues through accurate and focalized data analysis;
  • Prepare multiple instances/ meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to support key projects and initiatives;
  • Conduct UAT testing working directly with the regional team to localize the solutions being brought from other markets.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related areas;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Previous experience in Ecommerce environments involved in process definition and deployment;
  • Previous experience with process mapping tools;
  • Advanced Excel, Spreadsheets, Google Tools;
  • English Advanced;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
