Our Subsea Service Department in Rio das Ostras is now looking for an Intermediate Offshore Technician;We embrace diversity, respect differences, and ensure inclusive environment

What will you be doing?:

Lead Offshore preparation, testing and operation of all IWOCS scope, including Reels, Hydraulic Power Unit, Electrical Control Panels, Workstring and Handling Systems in line with Operational Procedures;
Evaluate and propose Procedures/Process reviewing, to contribute for Company continuous improvement;
Participate and lead onshore meeting with Client and Stakeholders to analyze either NCR or Operational Planning;
Prepare Offshore daily and Operations Report;
Provide feedback from Implemented Projects and be part of Lessons Learned Team during new Projects Engineering phase;
Prepare and Knowledge sharing with Offshore Team, through technical training, IWOCS and Control Systems themes;
Support maintenance routine in SLS site located in Rio Das Ostras RJ;
Work in accordance with Aker Solutions' Safety standards, procedures and policies so that the Company's values are met and respected;

We think you should have:

Technical degree in the following areas: Mechanics, Electrical and Electronics. Engineering degree will be considered a plus;
Shall have cost reduction mindset;
Shall be prepared to analyze and propose solutions;
Intermediate knowledge on MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge on hydraulic and electrical systems;
Knowledge in PLC and network topology, will be considered a plus;
Knowledge in hydraulic units;
Previous experience in team leadership will be considered a plus;
Advanced English;
