Introduction

Responsibilities
To assist in the maintenance of the customers' portfolio elaborating actions of prospection and loyalty
Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals
Accompany the Account Manager in briefing meetings for taking notes of the demands
Follow up after-sales processes
Perform contact search of possible leads in specific media, forward to Account Manager and include in CRM Salesforce
Assistance in the adjustment of reports and other important documents
Assist with the area budgets, using internal tools necessary for this

Required Skill Set
Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing or Commercial Management
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required
Intermediate English required
Experience with administrative processes will be considered a plus

You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
You can effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously
You thrive on challenging yourself and working as a team
