Introduction

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a Developer your role will be:

Implement solutions, build technical documents and review codes.

As a Consultant your role will be:

Leads the technical design and implementation of Salesforce clients solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

For Developers, you must have prior knowledge of:

Backend development in Apex and Frontend in Aura, LWC and Visualforce;
Development of Triggers, Apex Classes, Test Classes, Lightning Components, Scheduled and Bulk Jobs;
Work in a structured way in development environments, QA and UAT, focused on deployment.

For Consultants you must have prior knowledge of:

Mastering Salesforce platform concepts and Sales Cloud & Service Cloud processes;
Knowledge of configuring basic Salesforce functionality;
Master data modeling and logical reasoning;
Good experience with agile projects (Kanban or Scrum);
Ability to negotiate solutions and backlog prioritization with the business area, meeting Salesforce best practices.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Differential for Developers:

Advanced English;
Master concepts of Rest and Soap integrations with Synchronous and Asynchronous responses;
Have good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Differential for Consultants:

Advanced English;
Possessing capacity for synthesis, good communication and customer interaction;
Have good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
Have some technical skills.
