Your Role

• Lead and support the development of Electrical BIM models
• Review models, perform clash detection, and ensure quality standards
• Support and mentor BIM team members
• Coordinate with other BIM trades
• Prepare BIM documents such as reports, schedules, execution plans and shop drawings
• Work daily with Revit and Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Improve workflows and modeling processes when needed
• Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam
• Team-oriented mindset with experience in managing the team
• 2+ successfully finished projects
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused
