Job Title
Director HR Operations - Latam

Compensation and Benefits

Conduct analysis of benefits programs in order to evaluate external competitiveness and legal compliance of the organization's benefit practices. Research benefit plans and providers and make recommendations. Develop benefit programs and may assist in the administration of programs. Review benefit costs to ensure compliance with the organization's budget.

Compensation and Benefits

Provide comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of compensation programs, position evaluations, salary recommendations, and other detailed research projects.

Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares market data reports for management review and consideration. Prepares and monitors merit budget process and develops/updates salary ranges.

Implements and executes mobility programs and services supporting employee short

HR Analytics

Applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance) Assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives.

Manages databases and prepares reports and presentations on demographic profiles, turnover ratios, etc. for various audiences.

HR Operations
Manages the implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures through a service center.

Provide responses to inquiries, questions and complaints and providing information, guidance, and direction on HR programs, processes and practices to employees and managers.

Works with HR specialty areas and leadership to provide feedback and implementation support for the development of new programs and processes.


HRIS
Maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (
HRIS). Designs and maintains the
HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs. Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the
HRIS. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.

Payroll
Review a variety of support tasks associated with payroll operations. Monitor the process of wage and salary payments, audit time records and schedule garnishment payments.

Ensure the calculation and processing of special checks, file unemployment forms, process new hire paperwork and create summary reports for management.

Use automated time and attendance software and programs in day-to-day operations. Answer general payroll inquiries and offer suggestions, advice and solutions on payroll procedures.
