About the role
We're looking for a
Partnership Associate:
We are looking for an ambitious, world-class communicator with a cheerful demeanor, high emotional intelligence, a voice that drives clicks on social media, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities
- Collect and clean national secondary school data for integration into DataCamp Classrooms
- Nurture DC Classrooms Teacher Ambassadors and Donates/Classrooms Scholars in Certified Community with regular content previews, surveys, and interactions multiple times a week.
- Operate, review, and improve DataCamp Donates Partnership Applications. Design form revisions, review submissions, give denials, ask for more information, and invite to the first meeting.
- Be Partnership Success Manager (main point of contact) for large portion of DataCamp Donates Partners. Conduct regular meetings with these partners. Drive adoption and engagement.
- Assist in onboarding all DataCamp Donates Partners.
- Help generate, document, and promote Social Impact success stories.
- Write blog posts and social media copy and work with the Marketing team on cross product campaigns.
- Help coordinate the employee volunteer program.
Essential
- Experience using DataCamp or being a DataCamp Donates scholar
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish and adept at translation
- Experienced and highly skilled in Google Workspace (especially Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) content management systems like ClickUp, customer communication management systems like Salesloft
- Outstanding organizational skills and effective at prioritization, adopting project management tools as needed
- You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively understanding the happy marriage between planning ahead and being able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Proficient in working with data and interpreting statistics. You can quickly diagnose a performance problem, visualize data, size up an opportunity, and propose multiple solutions.
- A solid understanding of user experience journeys, you can drive traffic effectively and efficiently to key website and digital product touchpoints
- You're transparent, share data, and like to discuss what's not going well just as much as what is. You ask vital questions to improve yourself, our processes, the entire company.
Desirable
- Working experience in education, nonprofit management, or as an executive assistant.
- Working experience in data science, analysis, or engineering, with skills in Looker and/or PowerBI
- Additional language proficiency (especially Portuguese)
- Published or awarded writer.
- Adept at public bilingual speaking and open to hosting webinars
- Skills in graphic design (Figma), copywriting, videography and/or editing
- Experience with campaign localization
