  • Job Purpose
  • Providing support and assistance to the Training Center Supervisor.
Monitor the Training Center's activities by collaborating with the technical specialists and updating the TC's systems and virtual environments.

Maintaining good communication and alignment of the TC processes with the corporate areas (Finance, Purchasing, P&C - Training, P&C - Talent Acquisition) and projects, in order to guarantee company compliance, policies and procedures in force.


  • Job Description
Participating in the planning of the tasks that will be required for each of the phases of implementation and operationalization of the TC

  • Participating in the creation of the didactic content of new training courses, including the stages of consolidating the material and releasing the new courses, reporting the extra training requests received to the Training Center Supervisor.
  • Monitoring the preparation of scopes for service contracts (ACA), when required; reporting to the Training Center Supervisor on service proposals received and monitoring the conclusion of the process.
  • Monitor and report on progress in the creation and delivery of training courses; schedule classes based on the distribution of courses and target audience according to the budget available for the current year.
  • Summoning employees to the Training Center's training courses, according to the calendar, and following up on returns. Making contact with students to reinforce the importance of attending training courses. Responsible for the training class, from its opening to its completion in the system.
  • You are meant for this job if:
  • Full university degree in: Human Resources Management, Psychology and/or Administration.
Intermediate level English.
