Location:

Position Type:Graduate- .Join Volvo Group Finance Graduate Program and embark on a transformative 12-month journey featuring - 4 rotational assignments across diverse functions and markets around the world, complemented by structured learning weeks and project assignments aligned with the Volvo Group Finance Competence wheel.

Throughout the program, you'll receive support from a dedicated team including a Hiring Manager, Program Manager, Rotation Manager, and HR, while engaging in networking activities, team exercises, feedback rounds, and mentoring sessions to enhance your personal and professional growth.

Within our program, we offer two distinct opportunities.

You can choose to join either the Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) team or the Volvo Trucks team Check out the requirements for each one:


Graduate Program - FCA

Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to our Shared Services Center (India/Poland) in executing financial routines.
  • Perform financial activities related to payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and bank relationship management.
  • Handle customer, supplier, and employee service activities.
  • Prepare managerial financial reports using data visualization platforms
  • BI (Business Intelligence). Actively participate in improvement projects focusing on data analysis, digitalization, and process automation.

Required Skills:


  • Ability to work in multicultural teams (India and Poland).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel. Knowledge of Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).

Desirable:


  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or Controlling.
  • Experience with any programming language.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate ). Knowledge of Lean philosophy.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English.

Graduate Program - Volvo Trucks

Main Responsibilities:


  • Drive improvement projects focused on data analysis, digitalization, and process automation.
  • Develop complex data pipelines in Microsoft Azure and optimize existing ones.
  • Extract actionable business insights through data analysis to address finance area challenges.
  • Assist in building infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and data scientists to provide necessary data frameworks.
  • Evaluate and enhance current data analysis solutions.
  • Work with teams to integrate systems.

Required Skills:


  • Ability to work in multicultural teams (Sweden, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil).
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI / Tableau / QlikSense).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure, MS SQL, Databricks (Database).
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R programming languages.

Desirable:


  • Experience in data engineering, analysis, and process automation.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc).
  • Understanding of finance is a plus.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics), engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Spanish will be a plus.
