Main activities:

To be accountable for the key financial performance of the business unit and ensuring smooth operationally and functionality of the sales and operations teams.
Drive new growth in existing and new customers.
Protect and grow the existing customers and to minimize the churn rates.
Manage cost optimization initiatives across all major activities, including cost of sales, PEX and OPEX.
Ensure Group procedures relating to sales and operations are adhered and supported.
Annual Budget preparation and execution of the business unit.
Prepare and update yearly business plans, which will form the roadmap for the monthly discussion.
Act as key representative of DGF to our Bulk Liquid customers.
Liaise with other offices and agents in establishing task agreements concerning profit share and gains.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management & Logistics or equivalent
Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferably fluent in Portuguese
End to End knowledge of supply chain & logistics, freight forwarding and shipping processes
Good knowledge of international trade and operational procedures
Strong organization leadership skills, customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking ability with proven implementation results
Strong business acumen, excellent planning, analysing and problem solving skills
Knowledge in warehousing and distribution operations in a 3PL organization
Strong written and oral communications skills
Familiar with bulk liquid in chemical, agriculture or mineral oil industry would be a plus
A proven track record of strong sales, business development and operations background
