We are currently recruiting a FP&A FINANCE ANALYST to be based in São Paulo.

The FP&A FINANCE ANALYST will be responsible to provide Financial Analytics and Insights to support Consumer Business Unit Finance & Commercial organization, as well as for all Planning and Reporting activities.

The analyst will have significant exposure with Leadership Team and great connection with FP&A Commercial Leadership team members.

Key Responsibilities

Budget vs Actual updates & analysis working close to the Business Unit Finance team to close financials targets.
Drive Analytics to Generate insights focused on business a profitable growth
Process Improvement: standardization and automation of reporting and analytics.
Support Calendar Governance (Forecast cycles
JU, NU, FBP and LTs)
Reporting in TM1 and BRAVO Business partnering with several stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Completed is required.
Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.
Previous Experience in FP&A will be a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required.
Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
Advanced/Fluent Skills in Spanish is required (presentations, listening and written).
SAP/Tableau Solutions Skills is desirable.
Availability to work in São Paulo.
