Open positionWe are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Squad on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
What you'll doDesign sourcing strategies:
Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
Market map and ensure Techbiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
Any proven sourcing experience for both tech and non-technical rolesExperience in attracting talent through different tools and methods like Linkedin Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings), Github, events, etc.
Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
Strong communication in English (both verbal and written).Nice to haveExperience working in a scaling tech organization.Strong communication in Russian or German.
