Brazilian Controlling & Financial Director to join

Tasks:


  • Manage accounting operations including billing, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition;
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the Brazilian Financial Planning, annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances;
  • Responsible for the Cadocs (Central bank of Brazil), E-Financeiro (Receita Federal) and the Cosif.
  • Oversee of expatriation process (ACAMs)
  • Oversee segregated accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Coordinate the preparation of the regulatory reports
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Support monthly and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure quality control of financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax returns
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and enforce internal controls

Requirements:


  • Background in Payment Institutions or and/or FX market is a plus
  • 3 / 4 years of experience in the financial sector
