As a Head of BizDev you will:

  • Lead global business development efforts across multiple regions, channels and segments. Define and execute global sales strategy, establish strategic and tactical plans required to identify, qualify and win new sales opportunities, aligned with the company growth strategy;
  • Transform the business development to a digital driven mindset, in terms of product value,customer engagement and internal tools and processes;
  • Scale and develop an Ateam of business development talent at all levels to build on the existing sales footprint: ensuring the people and processes are in place to deliver on ambitious growth targets;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to managers and identify knowledge gaps and training needs within the business development teams;
  • Represent Kokku in events to promote our brand and culture;
  • Be responsible for the strategic growth of the department, aligned with the company's short, medium
- and long-term strategic planning, presenting reports with various metrics, including growth-oriented, profitability, etc.;

  • Supervise, train, mentor, motivate and support the development of the business development team;
  • Manage performance within the team by encouraging autonomy, mastery and purpose;
  • Own and drive high impact initiatives to support both existing and new growth areas: ensure revenue and profitability goals are achieved across regions, with an emphasis on driving software sales and converting customer base to recurring revenue model;
  • Develop a winning culture of continuous improvement through proactive actions and inspiring change;
  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans;
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organization's revenuegenerating departments;
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way;
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation;
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth;
  • Be an example of reliability, responsibility, and professionalism in all working relationships.

We expect you to have:


  • Bold selfstarter with track record developing and continually enhancing the needed sales infrastructure and processes in growth stage companies; sales tools, onboarding, compensation plans, training and skills development, account development plans and reviews;
  • Deep knowledge and experience of delivering successful business growth in sales leadership across multiple regions (North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia) in technology businesses as a CRO, Chief Sales Officer, VP Sales, Head of Sales or similar;
  • Proven ability to effectively sell disruptive new products and service offerings to market;
  • Previous experience successfully leading sales through a change of business model in a rapidly growing environment;
  • Expert at hiring, coaching, and retaining both sales leaders and individual contributors;
  • A compelling communicator able to convey executive presence with internal and external audiences, including the leadership team, clients, and partners;
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fastpaced technology environment: cando attitude and the ability to execute with excellence and speed;
  • Commitment to the cause and 'mission first' orientated: you value honesty and are of high integrity.
  • Proven track record in diversified CRO/similar leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth;
  • Experience within gaming, outsourcing/BPO or a fastgrowing organic successful global business;
  • Strong technical experience with CRM and other commercial tools;
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships;
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy.
