- Required: Technical degree in Mechanical or Automotive systems
- Very good knowledge of automotive systems and interested in technical literatures
- English Advanced (Mandatory writing and speaking) & Spanish (Desired)
- Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English (strongly desirable)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Technical drawing experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Desirable to be familiar with AutoCAD, Catia, UG (Unigraphics) or any other 3D modelling software
- Ability to keep the standards and to improve (Innovation is a need for this role)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- High sense of urgency and customer focus
- Working comfortably within a dynamic business environment
- Driven for results skills (desire to win)

Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most successfully. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed. This position requires being onsite to attend business on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.
