Suporte global - Atendimento N1 e N2 (Incident management, Service Requests, Problem Management e Release Management com interação com o time GLOBAL- India/Mexico/EUA/Brazil).
- Requirements:
- Inglês Avançado para conversação (Interação com o time GLOBAL
- India/Mexico/EUA/Brazil);
- Nível Superior Completo;
- Windows 2016, Windows 2012, 2010, SCCM, PowerShell, DHCP, Patching;
- Exchange 2016, 2012, 2010;
Responsibilities:
- To facilitate the bridge calls and drive them effectively towards resolution for any potential/reported major incidents.
- Operating System (OS) administration of all the applicable physical and virtual servers;
- Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) administration;
- Security & vulnerability patching of all servers;
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) imaging and deployment;
- File/print server administration;
- Exchange administration;
- SharePoint and WebEx administration;
- Mobile device management (limited to remote AD and group policy updates);
- Administration, configuration, and maintenance of AutoSys Workload Automation;
Windows \ Exchange Qualifications/Skills:
- 13 years' experience in Windows\Exchange
- Good in communication English skills
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
- Knowledge in Windows 2016, Windows 2012, 2010, SCCM, PowerShell, DHCP, Patching
- Knowledge in VM Ware/VSphere, Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, Office, WebEx Admin
- Familiarity with Citrix Admin, Sql Server, Sharepoint Admin, File/Print Server Administration
- Knowledge of ITIL general management practices
- Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist nontechnical individuals with complex technical issues
- Should be able to track incidents, service requests, change requests to make sure SLAs are met.
- Manage meetings, conference bridges
Mandatory requirements:

- Support Coverage: will work 1pm 10pm Brazil time.
