Contribuir para a estratégia de negócios, ajudando os líderes a identificar comportamentos, estruturas e processos mais ágeis e assertivos;
Prover aconselhamento e coaching para os líderes e seus times;
Dar suporte aos líderes no planejamento do headcount da área, de acordo com a estratégia da empresa;
Ser embaixador da cultura e valores da Doctoralia;
Viabilizar oportunidades de melhorias alinhados às necessidades do negócio;
Desenvolver e implementar práticas que assegurem a manutenção de uma cultura de feedback e desenvolvimento;
Avaliar o clima organizacional, as necessidades de cada célula da área e propor ações para garantir um ambiente de motivação e engajamento;
Prestar suporte nas avaliações e diagnósticos de perfis;
Realizar diagnósticos, análises de impacto para os processos de negócio, sugerindo soluções que tragam melhorias ou que sejam inovadoras;
Desenvolver programas e projetos que resultem em produtos de recursos humanos e gestão de pessoas;

Qualificações

Se você:

Possui ensino superior completo em Administração ou Psicologia pós graduação será um diferencial bem legal :)
Consegue se comunicar em Inglês fluentemente numa call com segurança (terá contato com clientes globais);
Possui conhecimento nas rotinas de BPs;
Gostar de trabalhar em equipe nós somos muito parceiros, isso é super importante para nós
Escuta ativa é o seu codinome, entende as necessidades das pessoas e transborda empatia;
Tem foco nos objetivos e tem apetite para aprender conceitos novos todos os dias;

Our
working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;
Need to work beyond your usual hours? We have a bank of hours for you to use these hours as time off later;
