Internship- Division: Global Human Resources- Level of experience: InternRINA is currently recruiting for a
HR Intern (Generalist) to join its office in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Global Human Resources Division.

Responsibilities:

Provide handson support of operational activities across data, processes and HR systems for LATAM countries;
Collaborate with payroll department to provide support throughout the vacation and time control process (collect and input timesheet data);
Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as:
Offboarding process;
Ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at all the applicable benefits.
Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance.
Preparation of monthly payroll reports (turnover, cost centers indicators and others).
Be the first point of contact to support on employees queries.

Qualifications and Experience:

Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);
Students of Business Administration or Accountant with graduation by Dec/2024;

- Ideally intermediate and advanced English;

Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge;
