Purpose of Position

Key Tasks

  • Perform vendor invoice analysis/processing
  • Analyse/proper allocate corporate credit card expenses
  • Analyse/proper allocate expense claims
  • Collaborate and work closely with accounts payable payments and analysis, clearing AP open items and performing checks to avoid AP subledger and GL ledger mismatches
  • Support processes related to Month End Close

Skills & Expertise

  • Good Excel skills
  • Preferred experience using Microsoft D365 Dynamics
  • English desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize under tight deadlines
  • Team oriented, customercentric attitude
