Purpose of Position

Key Tasks

Perform vendor invoice analysis/processing
Analyse/proper allocate corporate credit card expenses
Analyse/proper allocate expense claims
Collaborate and work closely with accounts payable payments and analysis, clearing AP open items and performing checks to avoid AP subledger and GL ledger mismatches
Support processes related to Month End Close

Skills & Expertise

Good Excel skills
Preferred experience using Microsoft D365 Dynamics
English desirable
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize under tight deadlines
Team oriented, customercentric attitude
