Job Summary
The Analyst develops professional expertise while resolving an intermediate level variety of issues within a moderate scope. Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instruction on new assignments.

Responsibilities

Drive Global policies to regions and Data Center facilities;
Data Center Leadership, and

Safety Leads:
Focuses on implementation of plan within region;

Ensures compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety local, state, and federal regulations;
Performs site audits/inspections and monitors Environmental, Health and Safety performance for a group of Data Centers;
Work on corrective actions and closures of audit findings;
Works closely with Data Center Management and Staff to enhance our Culture of Safety.
Develops reporting, analyzes trends, and makes recommendations to modify and improve practices;
Provides ongoing monitoring of implemented program;
Works with cross functional teams to determine root cause and corrective actions needed in incident investigations. Ensures that incidents are reported and investigated using proper root cause analysis methods;
Organizes and conducts safety training as needed and provides leadership for community of Safety Leads.

Qualifications

Undergraduate education in Environmental Engineering/Science or safety/health related education. Occupational Safety Engineering training required or able to obtain
Portuguese fluency with a good command of English;
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (Brasília time zone);
