Position Description
The

Senior Connected Services Analyst is going to be responsible for Volvo & SDLG brands at Latin America market the Connected Services structure have the responsibility to adequate global programs to the region necessities, as an interface between customer & markets demands and Volvo Construction Equipment solutions and represents the region at the proper discussion forums worldwide.

Connected Services Solutions is the division responsible for Volvo construction Equipment connectivity main tools as:

CareTrack
vehicle telematics.
ACD machine first response monitoring.
Fleet management, dashboards, and Integration APIs.

Main responsibilities:

Product Management for commercial launches, dealer training and readiness.
Support Volvo CE distributors with commercial & technical information regarding the Volvo CE product offering.
Commercial campaigns for Connectivity solutions.
Commercial training for team members and dealer distribution.
Design connectivity solutions & digital tools to support and expand the product portfolio.
KPI monitoring and definitions for telematics solutions.
Market research & monitoring to keep tracking best solutions available.
Interface between Global Marketing structures, Engineering & Business Intelligence.
Profitability and sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computing, electronic, electric, or mechanic (MBA is a plus).
Microsoft office package.
Advanced electric & electronic knowledge is fundamental.
Connectivity solution, telematics solutions and fleet management are mandatory.
Mandatory advanced English level & desired Spanish language.
At least 5 to 8 years of experience with fleet management or connectivity tools.
