Specific responsibilities include:


Responsável pelo gerenciamento de carteira de distribuidores homologados, no que diz respeito ao atendimento qualitativo ao cliente, desde a chegada do pedido, até a finalização da entrega.

O mesmo é um facilitador do relacionamento entre cliente e empresa como um todo.


What would this role look like in detail?
Receber as necessidades do cliente, intermediando contato com as demais áreas, de forma a consolidar as informações, para atende-lo no menor tempo possível;
Validar e acompanhar os pedidos de venda recebidos através do portal E-commerce e/ou EDI, observando as seguintes considerações:
Analisar se o pedido possui Workflow de preços, condições de pagamento, tipo de frete e/ou outras vertentes que impulsionam qualquer alteração do pedido padrão;

  • Estimar prazos de entrega;
  • Tornar o pedido apto para faturamento.
Intermediar solicitações de cancelamentos e devoluções, acompanhando todo o processo até a sua conclusão;


Caso necessário, participar de eventuais reuniões / treinamentos / cursos (mandatórios ou não) / eventos corporativos / visitas internas ou externas.

Atuar conforme código de integridade e conduta ética da Ansell Brazil.

  • Superior completo ou cursando.
  • Conhecimento da lingua inglesa escrita e/ou conversação (cursando ou fluente);
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel.
  • Disponibilidade para realizar carga horária excepcional quando necessário, em especial, fechamento de mês
