Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting an SAP Deliver Business Analyst to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the LATAM ERP Product Line Owner.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for working with the regional LATAM business to evaluate business initiatives, assess the feasibility (including cost/benefit analysis), and advocate valueadding capabilities through ERP platform governance from an IT standpoint
  • Will work with business counterparts to refine scope, define (or write) requirements, and establish priorities
  • Will use their SAP experience to translate business needs into user stories that make the best use of SAP capabilities, benchmarking, and leveraging existing template designs where appropriate
  • Create solutions and/or work with internal and external squadbased resources to deliver solutions in Agile sprint cycles
  • Responsible for the quality of ERP solutions within their functional domain
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally and implement aligned solutions
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications:


Position Requirements:


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain or Information Management
  • A minimum of 13 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories
  • Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution, breakdown processes, and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners
  • Demonstrated a strong sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, and has to be a selfstarter with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and deal with high levels of ambiguity
  • Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders
  • Capable of working as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Capable of changing priorities quickly and influencing others to do so
  • Ability to embrace changes and deliver IT solutions in a fastchanging business/IT environment
  • Previous experience working in a global, crossfunctional capacity
  • Collaboration abilities and the ability to shape/lead complexity
  • Experience with Agile methodology and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
