What you bring:

1 to 3 years' experience of providing regulatory compliance advisory services in a global companies' environment, financial institutions or fintech.
Monitor the implementation of controls, procedures, and processes to ensure proper adherence of the local policies and CB regulation (Resolution No. 260/2022).
Assist on conducting mapping assessment meetings, flowcharts design, risk matrix overview.
Execution of tests of design (ToD) and tests of effectiveness (ToE) for a set of controls raised on the areas.
Support the 1st LoD to reflect in the flowcharts and risk matrices any process update and provide guidance on control selfassessment (CSA).
Register action plans, as a remediation plan, in the entity's issue management tool.
Good written and verbal communication, both in English and Portuguese, for policies and procedures design and maintenance.
Have the skills to handle and solve problems, with a minimum supervision, working collaboratively, being part of a wider Corporate Compliance team.
