Role Summary:
Develop and manage management programs related to ergonomic aspects of work. Create and manage AET - Analise Ergonômica do Trabalho, as the committee of ergonomics and risk analysis.

Search together with the collaborators for better work posts aiming at the elimination of DORT - Doenças Ocupacionais Relacionadas ao Trabalho e LER - Injuries due to Repetitive Efforts.

Develop monthly health programs for two collaborators.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Develop and manage AET
Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho seeking to identify situations where workers may be provoked by occupational hazards such as LER and DORT.
Plan specific training programs, aiming at the awareness of two employees in relation to ergonomics and Labor Ginastics.
Identify and analyze situations with potential causes of occupational diseases, participating together with the areas involved in the redefinition of the way of working or equipment operation criteria.
Develop and promote educational campaigns on ergonomics, development of a preventive culture of occupational doenças.
Develop preventive programs together with the occupational health area.
Advise the legal area in cases of labor litigation / litigation, in the area of environmental risks, issuing technical reports / and acting as expert technical assistant to the company.
Monitor, accompany the execution of the plan of action proposed by AET whenever there is a modification in the company, and validate the plan of action with the manager of the business unit.
Establish health indicators at work, controlling statistical data, presenting management and managers, aiming at the development of health goals and objectives, together with the business unit and following guidelines.
Carry out the preparation of two reports and other documents required by the Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Social Security (PPP), and provide support to the company when making labor claims.

10 - Work on the development of a program focused on mental health.

1- Carry out other activities inherent to the position or at the discretion of his immediate superior, as long as he is qualified and is in accordance with his knowledge and experience, assisting in the realization of the management of two costs and expenses of the non-work security area.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

A degree in the related job field.
Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
