About the team
The intern will work in the Customer Success Office mostly with actions like in the project office. Within their attributions he/she will be in charge of monitoring project life cycle for selected customers. Also, he/she will be monitoring the usage of our solutions on these customers. He/she will perform daily monitoring and orientation activities of KPIs on our SAP solutions. Activities of following customers satisfaction and adoption level of our solutions.

In this role, you'll:

Selection and register customers projects for follow up
Monthly evaluation of project KPIs
Internal executive communications
Support on customer ́s enablement on project management
Support customers leaders on SAP Activate methodology

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Must be studying Project Management, Engineering, Administration or IT college related.
