    Skyhouse Agency is a performance marketing agency seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to support day-to-day client operations and internal coordination. This role is central to keeping accounts organized, accurate, and running smoothly across clients, performance managers, media buyers, and operations.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or googlesheets)
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • General understanding of digital marketing workflows

    Responsibilities

    • Client Comms
    • Reporting Requests from client
    • Coordinate between agency departments
    • Internal reporting requirements for clients – budgets, creative approvals, and marketing performance reports
    • Proactively flag and escalate issues to Account Managers
    • **responds to urgent client requests on weekends

    Required

    • Undergraduate degree
    • Proficient in google suite (sheets, docs, etc) and/or office suite
    • Excellent written English communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarity
