In order to support one of our key mega-tech clients, Smarter Logistics is looking for
a qualified Electrical Estimator who is interested in joining a growing company with career advancement opportunities, aggressive commissions, and a high-energy work environment.


Primary Purpose:


  • Electrical Estimators have the responsibility of evaluating the cost of electrical proposals and installations for a key client;
  • Calculate the projected costs involved in electrical projects;
  • Validate invoices to be paid.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain project budgets and maintain systems of checks and balances to manage the project to achieve success;
  • Assist General Manager in negotiating project bids and estimate project costs;
  • Assist General Manager in negotiating materials and equipment purchases;
  • Maintain high quality of deliverables and client expectations;
  • Track project changes and report any required changes to monthly billings to General Manager;
  • Project, project labor and material needs and coordinate schedules;
  • Verify the accuracy of labor and material estimates;
  • Resolve design issues and questions by involving appropriate personnel. Push for resolutions to keep the project moving;
  • Review project contracts and ensure that liens and intents are in place;
  • Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget for large, complex programs.

Other duties may be assigned such as:

  • Plan or schedule electrical projects;
  • Estimate new construction/retrofit projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical systems installation, design, and project estimating;
  • Minimum 2 years of Construction estimating;
  • Must have proven ability to manage people and clients and manage projects for a successful outcome and achieve project goals;
  • Must be able to cope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained;
  • 5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.

Pay:
R$5, R$25,000.00 per month
