Activities:


In this position, you will actively participate in the digital transformation at Colgate-Palmolive, working in a strategic area and responsible for supporting the entire commercial team in the execution of plans through analysis, insights and processes, using the appropriate tools to achieve our goals.

As main responsibilities you will assist in the control of product and customer registrations, monitoring of contracts (T&C) and commercial agreements, in addition to supporting the sales team.


  • Work with the Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing areas to maintain the product registration information correctly;
  • Contact with the commercial team to monitor receipt and shipment of contracts and commercial agreements (T&Cs);
  • Support to the sales team to carry out internal processes;
  • Support the sales team with information and controls through spreadsheets and documents.

Requirements:


  • Students of Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Exact Sciences;
  • Experience with Office Package / G Suite (Spreadsheets and Documents
  • Excel/Sheets & Word/Docs).

Skill:


  • Analytical capacity.

Differential:


  • Experience with VBA/APP scripting is a plus;
  • Intermediate English.
