Beconsi Burlington is looking for a Portuguese Speaking Graduate Business Consultant to join our team
Working from home remotely.
About the Position:
Responsibilities:
Greet clients over the phone or video, answer questions, and provide guidance as needed.
- Develop an understanding of the business and its goals.
- Evaluate proposed solutions and research new solutions to client's challenges.
- Build rapport with clients and sales staff to ensure a positive experience.
- Document and update CRM system.
- Followup with clients to provide an update on the services they are considering, as well as to follow up with any outstanding issues or concerns that the client may have with our products or services.
- Reachable hours: M-F 96pm
Requirements:
Must have a Business Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred) - Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, as well as with coworkers.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Speaking English is a plus, However your first language is more important.
- Must be Bilingual Speaking Portuguese as their first language.
