What you will do:

Build positive and longlasting relationships with customers
Meet team KPIs
Always be uptodate with cuttingedge technology
Securely work with customers' sensitive information
Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

What you need to succeed in this role:

Native Japanese and English communication skills
At least
6 months of experience in a customer support role
Analytical and research skills
Positive and responsible attitude
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbpsdownload and 40 Mbpsupload)

Will be a great plus:

Experience with CRM systems
Experience in crypto/finance
