Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and configure our software to meet business needs.
Deliver online user training in English on the OrangeHRM software.
Prepared to work on the night shift supporting our US clients
Engage with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Contribute to user guides and software documentation.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the OrangeHRM offering and be confident in performing demonstrations
Become a trusted advisor for our clients and advocate for their needs within OrangeHRM.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, status updates in order to effectively deliver projects.
Aid the sales organization in presales activities to win new business.

Qualification / Experience Required

A Diploma or a Degree in Information Technology
2+ years of work experience in software industry (preferably in customerfacing roles such as Implementation, Project Management, or Business Analysis)
Certificates or training in project management is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Dynamic, selfmotivated individual with a cando attitude and an outgoing personality
Fluent oral and written communication in English
Excellent presentation skills
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite
A passion for helping people understand
Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
