Job Location(s): Osasco, BRA Danfoss está em busca de um Analista Administrativo de Vendas para atuar na área de Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades desta posição:

Gerenciar e controlar os pedidos de vendas.
Realizar análise com a equipe de planejamento para contribuir no gerenciamento de itens em Backorder.
Atender ao cliente via telefone e Salesforce.
Interagir com outros departamentos (Fulfillment, Logística, Finanças, Produção).
Cumprir as normas e políticas Internas.
Cadastrar de comissão, preços e descontos.
Controlar Forecast.
Atuar na solução de problemas relativos aos processos internos.

Background & Skills:

Graduação em Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
Inglês nível intermediário
Mínimo 3 anos de experiência na área de Atendimento ao Cliente.
Conhecimento em processos e ambientes comerciais.
Pacote Office completo.
Conhecimento em SAP ou sistemas similares.
Conhecimento em Sistemas CRM.
