Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an IT Lead for Digital Channels in the Omnichannel Product Line in Latin America.

This position's location will be in any Country in Latin America and will report to the Digital Channels Product Line Owner Manager.


The role requires a broad knowledge digital solutions, leadership and creativity to invent, innovative thinking and commitment to materialize the thinking, customize and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a Product Owner for digital solutions using the agile methodology;
  • Shape the squad vision and roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products features
  • Work oriented around business impact
  • Analyzes business and compliance requirements to shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" within the squad to ensure the squad "builds the right thing"
  • Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create ASOE requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad
  • Accountable for shaping and hitting squad OKRs
  • Work closely with Product Manager to establish the products' business value and support
- messaging, communications and customer outreach as necessary

  • Ensures compliance with Janssen policies & regulations and IT procedures (security, privacy & compliance standards), participates in compliance activities as required, and prepares and approves required documentation;
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
  • Drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives
  • Drive selection of solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders
  • Prepares training materials and executes training sessions to onboard new stakeholders in the new platforms and solutions in partnership with the business
  • Interact with other Squads within the Product as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement crosssquad tasks
  • Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics and user results
  • Work with Lead Engineer to balance tech debt with feature delivery
  • Own and manage documentation and information
  • Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines
  • Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence
  • Partner closely with the countries Business Technology Leaders, Global Product Lines, Enterprise Architectures, J&J Technology and external service providers to design, shape and deliver effective innovative technology solutions
  • Serve as SME for Content Management System, Search Optimization and Personalization solutions across the Pharma Latin America
  • Be excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems and ready to introduce the right methods at the right time as well as work with high level stakeholders and vendors in a complex environment where problem solving is essential
  • Expertise and handson technical knowledge of digital platforms and capabilities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineer or a related discipline, OR a minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required;
  • Master's degree or Certification in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science is preferred;
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese;
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
  • Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up,
  • Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering and UX
  • Deep understanding of business/processes and highlevel understanding of highquality digital product delivery
