What you'll do:


  • Directs the assigned selling resources at designated customer segments within the São Paulo region.
  • Develop and deploy sales budget per region and per sales representative
  • Works closely with marketing, product line managers, to ensure strategies are tuned to geographic customer, industry, and market needs.
  • Develop and deploy sales quotas per region and per sales representative.
  • Strong knowledge about channels and market segments
  • Distribution channel, integrators, OEMs company, Main Segments in SP for electrical solutions
  • Capability to develop and deploy segments/channel policies, according to market segments, product family and aligning to the main Eaton Electrical Sector strategy
  • Knowledge in automation systems, control components, electrical protection, in MV and LV portfolio
  • Capability to develop, improve and manage call center dedicated to electrical sector and customers
  • Provide effective direction and supervision of the training and development needs of the assigned personnel to assure a sales force capable of meeting current and future sales objectives.
  • Execute approved plans for target customers for product introductions, service solution campaigns, and sales promotions.
  • Ensure proper measurements and tracking records are accurate and understood by the employees and connected to the financial plans of the BU.
  • Directs the front end quotation and order entry processes that support the target customers in concert with existing infrastructure and utilizing best practices from Electrical Sector.
  • Deploy EBS within the Target End Users sales organization to ensure business execution aligning with EBS.
  • Ensures a cost effective operation achieving sales results within approved levels of expense.
  • Acts as senior management representative to main accounts within regions.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability with development and execution of the region sales plans to achieve goals for sales volume, mix and growth.
  • Works closely with marketing managers, product line managers to ensure strategies are tuned to geographic customer, industry, and market needs and FOCUS also assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Visiting customers with the external sales team.
  • Conducts oneonone review with all Sales Engineers / Managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Engineer's sales and activity performance.
  • Execute approved plans for target customers for product introductions, service solution campaigns, and sales promotions.
  • Directs the front end quotation and order entry processes that support the target customers in concert with existing infrastructure.
  • Ensures a cost effective operation achieving sales results with tied controls over expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and also open feedback about performance with direct team.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales team.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Engineers.

Qualifications:


  • Complete Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Consistent experience as a leader of people
  • Residential / Distribution / Protection /Automation for electrical components and Low Voltage /Medium Voltage Assemblies
  • Desirable Intermediate English level
  • Broad knowledge products basket and services (components, UPS or panels).
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiations skills. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
