The Opportunity
Developing a local strategy for assigned markets in response to GTM strategy
Delivering, maintaining, and leading all forms of experience change across assigned markets.
Local research to understand key qualitative aspects of the audience
A/B testing core experience changes, including prioritization
Deployments, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reporting
Local insights expertise, available through consulting for other teams
Leading changes delivered to assigned markets from Corp to preserve optimizations and ensure a smooth and accurate experience.
Perform weekly QA rounds of their local website to ensure experience fitness

Gather insights from analysts, research studies & partners, and use them to build a backlog, deliver a roadmap of tests and rollouts, and report insights to leadership.

Represent your local website E2E in front of all partners.
As local expert, you'll provide the local point of view on global tests and innovations.
Align with other Product Manager peers to ensure alignment on priority topics at regional level
Provide insights to the SEO team to ensure that SEO initiatives are correctly connected to the core web journey
Participate to dedicated squads and maintain close collaboration with local marketing teams, and advise marketing leadership around local specificities.
Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs
Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team
Define goals, set priorities and drive a backlog of features adapted to your markets
Assess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth within our audience
Participate in global planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams
Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog
Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers What you'll need to succeed

5+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or content strategy roles and Direct experience with B2B and/or B2C digital marketing, including 2+ years of Web Product Management experience enabling marketing and customer experiences.

Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
Articulate in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories
Ability to manage issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap
Proficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
Analytical abilities to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain options
Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations
Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, road map and work backlog priorities and trade-offs
Ability to collaborate under pressure on time-critical initiatives
Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed
BS required, MBA a plus
Special consideration given for experience across multiple Adobe Technical Solutions
English fluency required.
Native in Portuguese (BR)
Position located in San Francisco or Sao Paolo
Availability to travel (10%)
