Responsibilities:

This position will be the specialist of Talent Acquisition (TA) in the affiliate and will:
Execute recruiting of positions
Implement and work to improve affiliate's D&I strategy Improve processes and TA governance
Work with global team with the TA guidelines
Participate and lead TA local projects
Manage recruiting companies

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Relevant recruiting experience of complex positions
Experience in conducting selection processes for strategic and leadership position will be considered a differential;
Experience in conducting selection processes for sales and technical position will be considered a differential;
Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
Be creative to suggest new process and activities to improve the efficiency of processes and work atmosphere
Strong track record of performance, demonstrated ability to show good judgment and critical thinking skills
Strong customer facing experience with the ability to influence leaders
Excellent communication skills
Adherence to Lilly's values and purpose
