- This position will be the specialist of Talent Acquisition (TA) in the affiliate and will:
- Execute recruiting of positions
- Implement and work to improve affiliate's D&I strategy Improve processes and TA governance
- Work with global team with the TA guidelines
- Participate and lead TA local projects
- Manage recruiting companies
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant recruiting experience of complex positions
- Experience in conducting selection processes for strategic and leadership position will be considered a differential;
- Experience in conducting selection processes for sales and technical position will be considered a differential;
- Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
- Be creative to suggest new process and activities to improve the efficiency of processes and work atmosphere
- Strong track record of performance, demonstrated ability to show good judgment and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer facing experience with the ability to influence leaders
- Excellent communication skills
- Adherence to Lilly's values and purpose
