Sales:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role:
- Atingir os objetivos de Vendas e Metas individuais estabelecidas pelo negócio bem como promover a imagem da companhia por meio de vendas de qualidade e relacionamento com clientes
Your responsibilities:
Venda dos produtos RB:
responsável por atingir as metas individuais nas áreas/clientes designados
Promover a imagem da RB diante de novos clientes com um approach profissional e adequada promoção dos produtos.
Assegurar a correta disposição dos produtos no ponto de venda, observando as diretrizes e princípio de merchandising.
Implementar as ações de trade marketing definidas pela companhia.
Assegurar o uso correto dos investimentos, acompanhamento ROI e metas de crescimento.
Coletar e reportar informações relevantes de mercado, recomendando ao Gerente Nacional de Vendas soluções para otimizar vendas.
Capacidade de analisar dados de mercado, reportes em geral e sugerir insights e soluções.
Capacidade de construir uma venda persuasiva, relatórios de acompanhamento de negócio, assim como suportar o crescimento do negócio.

É desejável ter experiência na função ou similares
Ser formado em Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
Liderança, pensamento estratégico, capacidade de argumentação, resiliência, flexível, orientado ao cliente, pensamento analítico, capaz de interpretar dados e tomar decisões, dinâmico, proativo e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
