- Understanding and modernizing the existing Feature Delivery Platform.
- Creating compelling roadmaps for enhanced customer experiences.
- Designing automated customer journeys for efficiency.
- Communicating and prioritizing customer issues with stakeholders.
- Establishing processes to gather insights and metrics on products.
- Collaborating across teams to meet product delivery objectives.
- Managing platform product requirements and ensuring alignment with the vision.
- Demonstrated technical and product expertise, particularly in Infotainment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of Product Management experience.
- 5+ years in the Connected Vehicle domain.
- Experience in On-board ECU update and system interfaces.
- Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- Expertise in Connectivity and Connected Services in the automotive space.
- Experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Background in software development and programming languages.

As a Platform Product Manager within the Software Organization, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your product, collaborating with engineering teams with strong technical expertise. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform meets current and future customer needs. Setting priorities, leading execution, and supporting product launches through collaboration with internal teams.
