Job Description:


Prepares operations analyses, including analysis of Income Statement (BU and SBU), Balance Sheet, Net Working Capital, Pricing activities and controls, support Business Unit ́s Management to achieve operational effectiveness and best capacity utilization, and makes recommendations for improvement | Develop and support process analyses and support standardization of business process and metrics in the country align with corporate objectives | Requires a solid understanding of the organization ́s business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills | Provides statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of personnel, equipment and materials (Capex analyses), and support decision making to attend Budget targets and explain variances | Perform analyses of the operation ́s cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations | Ensure correct allocations in center costs, accounting nature following best account standards specially assure the revenue recognition and cost provision of the BU according with the global policies and IFRS guidelines | May track, maintain and provide current information on the operation ́s business scorecard in all areas (Sales, Operations, Financial Targets for example).


ASSIGNMENTS:


  • Perform several analysis, on a daily basis, and give insightful and helpful comments to the business and colleagues
  • Deliver services to the business, including budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
  • Collaborate with the business to lead the development of the services and manage the capital and revenue plan
  • Work with the Business Partners to provide precise financial modelling and appropriate financial insights
  • Regular contact with Business Partners, helping them understand results and causes for variances
  • Search for variances in the forecast, budget and yearly expenses while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Data analysis and reporting that aims to give insight into the financial results

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics or another relevant field
  • Experience in Controlling position (Services or Industry)
  • Advance Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Knowledge in ERP and systems logic
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package
  • Strong logical thinking
  • Knowledge of financial planning
  • Knowledge of financial flows and economic KPI
  • Accouting and Pricing knowledge
  • Experiencie with P&L and Net Working Capital

  • Be available for immediat start;
  • Working hours: from 08am to 5pm (monfri);
  • Way of working: Face to face // Hybrid
