- Define and deliver important programs with broad crossfunctional and crossorganizational business impact;
- Lead the design of the solution, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated crossfunctional project in a new business area;
- Bring strong, datadriven business and strategic judgment to decisions;
- Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate);
- Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap.
- Create buyin for the vision both internally and with key external partners;
- Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan;
- The launch and configuration of shipping programs in Brazil;
- The enhancement of Amazon delivery experience, including the definition of shipping prices and shipping promotions;
- Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work
- Identify and develop opportunities for improved cash flow in Shipping Programs;
- Drive crossfunctional strategic initiatives to continuously improve profitability and customer experience.
- Program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience driving process improvements.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations or related field.
