Invoicing and tax control in the complex projects, with definition of laws that each contract will be characterized and alignment with customer and suppliers in some cases, both sales items and shipments with and without return;

Issuance of Invoice for Equipment and Services, issuance of charges (Debit Notes, Proformas, receipts), Invoices on government websites and manuals, interacting with the customer, government, suppliers, project, finance and logistics teams;
Billing control within SAP and Smartsheet with validation of the final gross and net price of the contracts, as well as withholdings;
Help the financial team to locate the payment of the customer in which the billing was paid and, in case of discrepancy in the amount, contact the PM and/or client to clarify the discrepancy;
Other issues of Invoices, Reversal of ICMS due to PTA benefits, taxes for inventory sales, complementary invoice (NF).
