What you will do


The Data Analytics Manager is accountable for identifying, shaping and delivering a Data Analytics Architecture that enables a fact-based decision making, ad hoc analysis and insight across Stryker Latin America.


Main responsibilities:
1) Map all business data requirements and implement the Data Analytics roadmap for Latin America


Interview Stryker leaders and operators to understand the business processes and identify opportunities to meet all data analytics and reporting needs.

Develop long-term BI strategic planning initiatives.

2) Design data model/architecture for core business data


Design the data model to consolidate and provide user access to a variety of sources including company data (ERP/CRM), industry and field reports, public information or purchased sources.

Collaborate with IT on the development of data solutions, from project kick-oft to implementation, validation and final sign-off. Act as Business Process Owner for all Business Intelligence tools.

Creating and maintaining the documentation that includes the data model architecture, business metrics definitions and user manuals.

3) Governance over data integrity

Act as business point-of-contact for data integrity resolutions. - Develop validation and review protocols to ensure accuracy and quality of data solutions. Work together with IT and business resources to resolve data integrity issues.

4) Promote data adoption across the organization


Provide training to organization on how to leverage data analytics tools for business decisions and measure overall data adoption rate.


What you will need

Academic Background / education degree and professional experience:

  • Experience leading Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics Initiatives and Data Base development.
  • Expert understanding of data models, schemas, SQL, and relational database.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, Excel and MS Power suite.
  • Strong experience with industry standard ERP & Financial Systems.
  • Fluent English.
